Jake served as captain of the Huron-Perth Lakers, where he led by example with strong values, resilience, and dedication. After suffering from a knee issue that kept him out in his u14 year, Jake battled back with determination and a relentless work ethic. Drafted to the OHL with the Erie Otters, Jake continues to represent what FTLOTG is all about: integrity, leadership, and constant growth.

Quinten grew up in Grand Valley, Ontario, where his love for fast-pitch began at just four years old. Raised on a dairy farm, he learned discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work from his parents, who never let him miss a game or practice. Quinten’s career highlights include representing Canada at the 4 Nations Cup, winning the 2021, 2024, and 2025 ISC World Championships in fast-pitch, and capturing a Jr. B hockey Sutherland Cup with the Elmira Sugar Kings.

At just 15 Years old, Maddie Mullin made history of her own at the 2023 Canada Winter Games in P.E.I., winning gold and two silver medals in para Nordic Skiing- 32 years after her father won hockey gold at the same event. Born with Congenital glaucoma, Maddie has shown resilience, dedication, and fearlessness in sports, training year-round and chasing her dream of representing Canada at the Paralympics. She continues to embody what FTLOTG stands for: Determination, bravery, and a lifelong love of sports.
